The weight limit per cubic meter is 500kg If exceeded, the volume will be adjusted proportionally.
For overweight parcels, customers must arrange manpower or a forklift, which may incur additional charges.
Fragile items must be reinforced or packed in wooden crates at the shipping source; otherwise, the transport risk will be borne by the customer.
If the parcel volume is below the minimum threshold, the system will automatically convert it to the "Sea Freight Small Parcel" channel for delivery.

Up to RM80 compensation per 0.1m³
Maximum compensation per shipment is RM240
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.
✅ Free Warehousing for 30 Days: After 30 days, a storage fee of RM1 per day per package will apply.

❗ If the customer falsely declares item details, resulting in confiscation or fines by customs, the responsibility will be borne by the customer.
