From unboxing and photographing, repackaging, reinforcing with wooden crates, to inspection, inventory counting, freight payment assistance, and our goods protection plan (DeLi Shield), we are committed to using professional operations and personalized services to help you reduce risks, improve efficiency, and ensure every shipment arrives safely and securely at its destination.
Purpose: For users who need to confirm the appearance and quantity of goods before shipment.
Process:
Default Service: Only exterior packaging is photographed (RM1 per set, two angles).
Optional Unboxing Photography: (RM3 per set, including front, back, logo, before unboxing, and after sealing).
Note: If a shortage of goods occurs during transport, compensation will not be considered, as it may be related to the seller's shipping process.
Billing: Charges are settled when submitting the consolidation order.
Applicable Situation: When the package arrives at the warehouse with severe damage to the outer packaging.
Process:
Customer service will proactively notify the user about whether to sign for and repackage the goods.
Once confirmed by the user, repackaging will be done.
Note: The packaging responsibility lies with the seller, and repackaging does not eliminate the risk of missing items during compensation review.
Billing: RM10 per package (includes two photos, before and after repackaging).
Applicable Situation: For fragile items, valuable goods, or products that require reinforced packaging.
Process:
The user selects the wooden crate service when placing the order.
The warehouse will assess the size and cost. Once confirmed by the user, the wooden crate will be prepared.
Note: The wooden crate service is for protective reinforcement only and does not cover liability for damage during transportation.
Billing: Charges are based on the estimated volume of the goods.
Scope:
What can be checked: Quantity, color, size, dimensions, surface damage.
What cannot be checked: Functionality, electronic components, subjective quality issues.

Applicable Situation: When the seller does not include shipping or only delivers to a logistics point, requiring us to advance the shipping fee on behalf of the customer.
Process:
If the courier requires payment, we will contact the user for confirmation.
If we cannot get in touch, the warehouse has the right to refuse the package.
Billing:
Recommendation: It is advised to keep a balance in your e-wallet for emergency payments.
Coverage:
In the event of loss, compensation will be provided based on the declared value of the goods, up to a maximum of RM1000.
Fee Standard: 4% of the declared value of the goods.
