Our air freight pricing is based on actual weight, not volumetric weight, making it more cost-effective for large, light shipments!
✔ For an actual weight of 1kg and a volumetric weight of 20kg, you only pay for 1kg of shipping!
❗ If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight by 20kg, it will be calculated as "half throwaway" (with a 10kg limit for Singapore).
For bulk shipments weighing over 200kg, you can still enjoy tax-inclusive and customs clearance services. Large-volume imports are hassle-free, eliminating customs concerns!
Sensitive goods (such as electronics and cosmetics) are no longer subject to the RM25 additional fee. Shipping is charged by weight, with savings of up to 50% on shipping costs!

The weight of each package is displayed instantly after it enters the warehouse, allowing users to easily manage shipments and estimate costs online.
Volumetric Weight Threshold Limits:
Volumetric Weight ≤ Actual Weight + 20kg: No volumetric weight charge, billing based on actual weight.
Volumetric Weight > Actual Weight + 20kg: Half volumetric weight charge.
Example: Volumetric Weight 25kg, Actual Weight 1kg → [(25+1)/2 = 13kg charged]
East Malaysia Air Freight (Starting 2024/09):.
Billing is based on the larger value between actual weight and volumetric weight.
Volumetric Weight Calculation: Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000
Examples: Electronics with batteries, cosmetics, powdered food packaging, etc.
Pure liquid products (e.g., beverages, perfumes, shampoos)
Pure battery products (e.g., power banks, batteries)
Pure powdered products (e.g., traditional Chinese medicine powder, milk powder)

| Excess Length Limit | Items with one side > 150cm will incur an oversized charge; total three sides > 240cm will incur an oversized large charge (please contact customer service). |
| Fragile Items | No compensation for damage during transport. Please ensure the seller provides reinforced packaging (wooden crates/boxes). |
| Sensitive Goods Conversion | Consequences of rejected items / fines / confiscation due to converting sensitive goods to regular goods are at the customer's own risk. Shipping fees are non-refundable. |
| East Malaysia Regulation | Each shipment can only contain one item; multiple items per shipment are not accepted. |
No Insurance: In the event of loss, the maximum compensation is 3 times the shipping fee. (Example: RM31 × 3 = RM93)
Recommended Insurance:
Premium: Value of goods × 6%
Compensation: Up to 90% of the goods' value (excluding shipping fees)..
